We had slowly been starting our hunt for our first home, and had looked at a few homes with a realtor our parents had used 10-15 years ago but with the current market we found that houses were selling so fast and he was taking 2-3 days to even set up viewings which was just too long for the covid market we are in. We knew if we were serious about getting a house in this market in our chosen area we were going to need someone else to better suit our needs. After doing some research and reading all her good reviews we decided to message Anita and see if she would help us find our first home. Anita was quick to respond and was able to get us in quickly for viewings. She was such a delight to deal with every step of the way. She truly does make you feel like her only client. The night we were writing the offer my boyfriend was working later then we had anticipated out of the city and she was so kind and pushed back our meeting to accommodate and waited with me for over an hour for him to finally get there so we could submit that night as another offer was also being submitted. Ultimately our offer was accepted but without her accommodating us that late evening we would have missed out on our now home. We are so grateful to her for helping us through the entire process and being so easily accessible for us to talk to with our many, many questions and concerns even after possession.
